The Wellness Lifestyle was created out of my passion for living a healthy, vibrant life, free of disease and negativity. For over 25 years, I’ve been involved in the Natural Foods Industry and have seen it grow from small co-ops into the large beautifully merchandised stores that we see today.

Today, as you know, our nation faces a health care crisis. Insurance costs have risen into the stratosphere, and pharmaceutical companies are recalling their products because some of them do more harm than good. In fact, taking medications as prescribed by your doctor are the fourth leading cause of death in the United States.

If that wasn’t enough, we have a president who is trying to roll back the laws so that large corporations can continue spewing tons of pollutants into our skies and waterways.

The Wellness Lifestyle is based on the following assumptions:

• Our soil has become severely depleted. The nutrients that used to be present in our food supply are no longer there due to commercial farming practices, and the erosion of topsoil.
• We need to take full responsibility for our health. Our doctors can advise us, but we need to make wise lifestyle choices to ensure our own health.
• Food is our best medicine. Drugs and surgery should be employed only as a last resort after less invasive approaches using natural remedies have been tried.
• Prevention of disease is far more beneficial, and cost effective than waiting for full-blown symptoms to present themselves.
• Most diseases are caused by energy blockages in the body brought about by stress, injury, poor food choices, impure food, air, or water, lack of exercise, and negative emotions.
• We are what we think about. We create our own destinies largely due to our beliefs, what we focus on, who we associate with, and the ideals we hold to be true.

The information, links to other websites, products and services offered on this website are my humble attempt to help curtail the impending health care crisis in this country. By being proactive in our quest for optimum health any individual may make great strides in achieving increased energy, vitality, and joy in their lives.

Wishing you health, wealth, happiness, wisdom, and longevity!
